Calm Assignment 1
Physical: 5/5
Overall, I feel pretty good about my physical wellbeing. I usually eat healthy foods that give me energy and I enjoy playing several sports. This year I started doing many after school activities such as enrolling in the badminton and the cross-country teams to stay in shape and have fun.
Emotional: 4/5
Emotionally, I am feeling pretty satisfied with everything. I am a very average teenager that experiences good and bad days which is quite normal. Sometimes I'm happy and optimistic while on some days I feel lazy and depressed for no reason. I always do my best to take care of myself and sleep enough hours to improve my mood.
Spiritual: 4/5
I am very strong spiritually. As a Muslim, I pray every day, read the Quran and remind myself that there is someone watching me wherever I go which helps me in everyday tasks. It gives me support knowing that I'm not alone in life and makes me stronger in challenging times. We are all human being that do mistakes so I wouldn't consider myself perfect, but I'm trying my best to improve myself every day.
Occupational: 3.5/5
I am currently not having any trouble with school. Time management and procrastination was something that I always struggled with since I was little which caused a lot of stress and anxiety. I would often find myself doing a whole project at 12 am. It can be quite overwhelming sometimes to balance your personal life with work. Thankfully, this bad habit is starting to fade as I grow up but there is still room for improvement.

Social: 3.5/5
In my previous years I have been struggling to find friends due to my shyness. I was a very intervorted person, and I still am however, I have finally found good friends that would accompany me in school. Usually, I would feel lonely and left out, but I am slowly improving my social skills to build a healthier relationship with people. On the other hand, I have a pretty close bond with my family which is great for love and support.
Intellectual: 3.5/5
I do not find a lot of strength in this category. I am not really the type of person that loves reading, yet I still think there are other ways to critically think, research and reflect about the reality of society and finding ways to improve it. I love to engage in many volunteering opportunities and clubs that help me achieve those goals.
Enviromental: 5/5
One of the most important aspects in my life is the environment. I believe that it is very important to take care of the only home we have, therefore I try my best to recycle although this is a bit challenging to do in Qatar. Pollution and climate change are things that may ruin our lives forever, so we must be in action.
