    Blog Entry 1.4.1 Have you ever experienced the negative effects of  cyberbullies   online? I have never had direct contact with cyberbullying so far because I got my phone at an older age and I still don't have most of the social media platforms that are way too dangerous for people especially teenager that are still developing mentally and physically.  Have you seen this phenomenon?  I tend to see these scenarios every once in while. Sometimes from movies, and stories that I hear from school. Many students are being targeted when it comes to cyberbullying. It's very easy for the person behind the screen to trick them and make them feel unworthy. This leaves teens in a very fragile state with low self esteem.    Describe, give an example, and share your thoughts. Interview with my brother: Have you been trying new  physical  activities or have been eating healthy recently?  "Recently I have been playing soccer at school and going to the gym at least 3 times a week to strengthen my body and be active. I have also reduced my junk food intake and started cooking healthy meals at home that are high in protein to build muscle and give me fuel throughout the day. Some of these meals include; chicken breasts, eggs, protein bars and of course a variety  of fruits and vegetables ." Was it a good experience...if so why? "This was a great experience.  Although it can be quite challenging to balance school work with physical  activity, seeing the improvements and changes in my body make me proud of my accomplishments .
