Interview with my brother:
Have you been trying new physical activities or have been eating healthy recently?
"Recently I have been playing soccer at school and going to the gym at least 3 times a week to strengthen my body and be active. I have also reduced my junk food intake and started cooking healthy meals at home that are high in protein to build muscle and give me fuel throughout the day. Some of these meals include; chicken breasts, eggs, protein bars and of course a variety of fruits and vegetables."
Was it a good experience...if so why?
"This was a great experience. Although it can be quite challenging to balance school work with physical activity, seeing the improvements and changes in my body make me proud of my accomplishments. Additionally, eating healthy and balanced meals gives me more energy and make me feel nourished."
